A Little About Me

Caitlin Masse

Born and raised in New Jersey, I traded the Jersey Turnpike for Music City nearly 8 years ago — and I haven't looked back.

My insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn have allowed me to wear many hats over my decade-long career in the entertainment industry. Starting out as a Production Assistant in New York City, I built my way up to Senior Editor/Producer — one genuine relationship and one great project at a time.

My experience spans broadcast, music specials, award shows, documentaries, and social media content. Some highlights include serving as Senior Editor for the Musial Awards, a heartwarming sportsmanship award show airing on CBS every holiday season, Assistant Editor for the PBS travel series Barefeet, and producing and editing a commercial for Nashville's own Hutton Hotel. I've also had the privilege of working across several CMT productions including CMT Crossroads, the CMT Music Awards, CMT Summer Sessions, CMT Giants, and the revival of Storytellers.

One particularly fun chapter? Editing social media content for the Grand Ole Opry — which also happened to be where I got to work with Elmo. They say never meet your heroes, but you should definitely meet Elmo.

While I love all aspects of production, my true passion is editing and storytelling — delivering work I'm proud of and making sure every client feels heard and understood throughout the process.

One thing that has remained constant through it all? My attention to detail and organizational skills — just ask to see my Notes App. Spoiler: it's all lists.

When I'm not staring at screens, you'll find me traveling, listening to live music, or walking my fur babies, Ed and Annie — usually alongside my husband, whom I met on Broadway.
